Safety and Reliability, Always.
At CRU Specialists, we hold people’s livelihoods and lives in our hands, and we understand the burden of responsibility that places on us.
Our inspections and repairs are vital to the continued, efficient operation of your equipment—and your business, and we work hard to make sure you don’t have worry about the impact unexpected equipment failure and repairs can have on your bottom line.
But our first priority is, and always will be, your equipment’s continued, safe operation. Because as important as your equipment is, you and your workers matter more.
Why Trust Us
Our customers trust us to do our job well because we have a track record of consistently exceptional work and a highly transparent reporting process that leaves them reassured that we’re looking out for their best interests. That’s driven by the underlying values that we look for in every person that comes to work for us, and reinforced by our training and culture of responsibility.
Values
Safety First
If we refuse to compromise on anything, it’s safety. And you don’t want us to. Inspections, repairs, and certifications can be tedious, especially when they’re regularly required, but it gives you and your operators peace of mind.
Transparency
Your operators deserve to feel safe, and you should be able to trust that we’re taking care of your investments. We offer nothing less than 100% transparency with fully documented inspection processes and safety records, so you can track what we’ve done to your equipment and when.
Doing it right the first time
We don’t rush our repairs or inspections, but we do make sure that our work is thorough, and that it gets done right the first time.
Our team is experienced and dedicated, so we’re efficient in how we manage our time and your equipment. We won’t promise you a short lead time, not when your safety is on the line, but we promise it will be less inconvenient than an unexpected failure would be.
Our Service Area
We’re based out of our repair shop in Prince George, but we perform repairs and inspections on truck-mounted cranes, hi-rail units, and utility trucks across Northern BC. We operate everywhere from 100 Mile, north to Fort St. John and from the mountains to the coast.
