Regular Maintenance Is Critical

What We Do

When we perform regular maintenance on hi-rail vehicles, we’ll first perform a hi-rail unit inspection. This ensures that we address every problem component of your unit and give you full peace of mind in the operation of your equipment.

Hi-Rail Inspections

These inspections frequently include testing and repairs for:

  • Rail wheel alignment, wear, and flange condition
  • Wear on bearings & cylinders
  • Hydraulic lift/lowering system function
  • Hi-rail alignments
  • Electrical & safety systems
  • Track testing for alignment, braking, and operation safety.

If you’ve already experienced a critical failure, we will inspect and repair your unit to get you operational again with as little downtime as possible.
